Description
Vault Restroom Cleaning at Provo River Restoration Project Synopsis The Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission (URMCC) manage the Provo River Restoration Project (PRRP) located between Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs in Wasatch County, Utah. Public access to the 12-mile PRRP is available from seven designated angler-access parking areas. URMCC, in collaboration with the Bureau of Reclamation, has a requirement for a contractor to provide restroom cleaning services for seven stationary vault restrooms located in angler-access parking areas adjacent to the Provo River between Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs adjacent to the Provo River. The vault restrooms are CXT Inc. concrete buildings, which are self-contained toilets that do not require water, sewer, or electricity. Three of the angler-access areas are single stall (vault toilets) and four of the angler-access areas have double stalls, or two separate stalls (vault toilets). There are a total of 11 stalls to be cleaned and each is approximately 6-foot 6-inches x 6-foot 6 inches in size. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services for the restrooms located at the seven designated angler-access parking areas. This includes, but is not limited to all cleaning equipment, supplies, toilet paper, and water. Water is not available at the restroom locations. The restrooms shall be maintained in a clean, neat and sanitary condition and adequately stocked with toilet paper. The requirement is for cleaning only and does not include vault toilet pumping. The full performance work statement will be posted with the Request for Quote. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year and up to four (4) Option Years, if all options are exercised. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a competitive Oral Request for Quote for this requirement. NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 561720 with a small business size standard of $22 Million. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The release date for the solicitation is anticipated for the first week of August 2023. This is anticipated to be an Oral Request for Quote. If interested in being included in the list of vendors the RFQ is sent to, please send an email requesting so to Brandi Clark at brandiclark@usbr.gov by 5PM MDT on August 2, 2023. Vendors must be a small business and registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
