- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70093407 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 02, 2023.� FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. All�proposals are to be submitted to jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov �and katheryn.dennis@usss.dhs.go �no later than 24 August�2023 at 01:00pm EST. AMENDMENT 1 - 31 JULY 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to update the following information posted within the updated RFQ document attached: 9 month timeframe Removal of ops admin space Addition of securing of equipment/instrumentation during transport Clarification of freight and shipping refers to the unit not GFE Clarification that proposal sketch includes all equipment and instrumentation.
