Description: Purchase satellite and cell modems for USFS R5 Regional Air Quality Smoke Monitoring Program equipment. The contractor provides 1) Modems that provide near real time hourly data with web-based availability, 2) Modems are compatible with EBAM-WF edition, 3) Has an iridium (satellite)/Cell trimode (PM, ozone, and CO) AQEB system compatible to the EBAM-WF available for purchase, and 4) Contractor and modems have access to usfs.airsis.com �See Attachment 1 Specifications.
