Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) the Massachusetts Air National Guard (MA ANG) has awarded a sole source purchase order to Outfront Media Inc. (CAGE: 7D4N5) to provide digital impressions on bus tails of Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) buses in the Greater Boston area, as well as billboard space in various locations in MA. The primary objective is to promote the MA ANG through digital media on bus tails that are always running in the Greater Boston area, as well as promoting on billboard space in high traffic areas. Outfront Media has exclusive rights to MBTA digital impressions on MBTA buses and stations, as well as exclusive rights on the desired billboard space. This is a justification notice and is not a request for quote/proposal.
