Small Business Set-Aside: 100%; Applicable Size Standard is $34.0 Million NAICS Code:� 484210 Product or Service Code (PSC): N071 Posting Date: 24 July 2023 Response Date: 7�August 2023 12:00PM EST Contracting Office:� Virginia Air National Guard 165 Sweeney Blvd Bldg 768 Langley AFB, VA 23665 Government Points of Contact: Contracting Officer: Desiree Santos desiree.santos.2@us.af.mil Line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001 1 Job Moving Furniture from Office Base to On Base CLIN 0002 1 Job Removal of Existing Furniture and Dumpster Rental Description of requirements for the services to be acquired: This requirement will require furniture to be removed from designated offices into contracted dumpsters or relocated into identified buildings/offices, in a phased approach. �All identified furniture located at 21 Enterprise Parkway Suite 210 Hampton, VA 23666 will be moved to various locations on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: No Later than 22 September 2023 52.237-1�Site Visit. Site Visit�(Apr 1984) Offerors�or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that�may�affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event�shall�failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a�claim�after contract award. Site Visit will be held on Monday July 31, 2023 at 9:00am EST at 21 Enterprise Parkway Suite 210 Hampton, VA 23666.� Once the site is reviewed off base we will then go on Base to Langley AFB to review the areas that the furniture will be moved to.� All individuals accessing the base will need to have the following: A valid driver�s license or state identification for driver and passenger (s) A current vehicle registration Current proof of insurance for each vehicle (End of provision)
