- Amendment 001 is hereby issued to include the Wage Determination to Combined Synopsis Solicitation no. N4044623Q007.�All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ******************************************************************** Solicitation N4044623Q0007 describes the limited source requirement to inspect & repair the forward TRANSAS ECDIS keyboard software upgrade to latest version aboard the USS EMORY S. LAND (AS-39). The Government intends to make a ""brand-name or equal"" award to a company licensed to work on WARTZILA (manufacturing OEM) TRANSAS ECDIS Navigation Software.� Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N4044623Q0007, brand name justification, and other supporting documents.
