Please see attached documents titled ""Solicitation Amendment - FA469023R00050002""� for the most updated SF1449 solicitation and ""Solicitation Amendment FA469023R00050002 SF 30"" for specific changes made.� There are no other changes other than the offer due date. ******************************************************************************************** *****This solicitation has been amended as of 17 July 2023****** This solicitation has been amended to establish a new offer due of 1 August 2023 at 12:00PM MST. Please see attached documents titled ""Solicitation Amendment - FA469023R00050001"" and ""Solicitation Amendment FA469023R00050001 SF 30"". In the addendum to FAR 52.212-1, the instructions to offerors regarding the previously held site visit and questions due date were removed. Thus, the changes are reflected in the subject SF30, no other verbiage was altered. ******************************************************************************************** ******NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS THIS SOLICITATION AS BEEN FINALIZED AND NO LONGER IS IN DRAFT STATUS, ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN UPDATED AND IS CURRENT****** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued the solicitation FA469023R0005.�At this time EAFB plans to compete and award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program) for intergraded solid waste services for Ellsworth AFB. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for more information. This will be a 100% Section 8(a) set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562111 with a size standard of $47,000,000.00. To be eligible to compete for this Section 8(a) set-side, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, on 01 August 2023 to TSgt Jonathan Slayton at jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: �Quote � FA469023R000500001 - Integrated Solid Waste Services�. Any interested 8(a) vendors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
