- GRSM CEDAR SHAKES The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide Great Smoky Mountains NP Resawn Western Red Cedar Shakes 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications. The NAICS code is The NAICS code for this solicitation 321114 or equivalent or any related NACIS The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
