The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside for Brand Name or Equal Hausmann Industries 1357 Platform Mounted Parallel Bars with Electric Height and Width to the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, MI 49801-4760. Brand Name: Hausmann Industries CLIN Item Description Qty Unit 001 Mfg Part #: 1357 Hausmann Industries 1357 Platform Mounted Parallel Bars with Electric Height and Width, 10'' 1 EA. Salient Characteristics: (Brand Name or Equal) Platform Mounted Parallel Bars must meet the below minimum requirements: Individual digital controls for both height and width Electric Height & Width Parallel Bars Electric Parallel Bars which design allows the bars to lower off the end of the platform to assist a patient standing from a wheelchair. large range of adjustability making the bars useful for both adult and pediatric patients for a variety of activities including walking, gait training, side stepping and sit to stand activities. Battery powered Needs battery power to eliminate the need for floor outlets or placement near a wall and also eliminates trip hazards seen with corded products. Includes extra battery and charging cradle 600 lb. weight capacity, 300 lb. each side LENGTH 10 17 WIDTH 31 HEIGHT 24 - 40 This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
