- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Portland, OR requires electronic pressure transducers for use in the automated SNOwpack TELemetry (SNOTEL) network operated by the National Water and Climate Center (NWCC). Pressure transducers provide the data readings for the two most important sensors in the SNOTEL system, Precipitation and Snow Water Equivalence (SWE).� Delivery:�No later than 180 days after recipt of award.� Delivery Location:� 12635 NE Marx St Portland, OR 97230 The award will be made after Lowest Price Technically Acceptable is determined. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses only. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award.�All Quotes shall be submitted on SF 1449, (and any applicable amendments), signed, dated and sent via email to Ms. Ambrea Harris, the Contract Specialist, email: Ambrea.Harris@usda.gov no later than�Thursday August 10, 2023 at 5:00 PM CST. All questions resulting from this solicitation are due by Friday August 4, 2023 at 9:00 AM CST; answers will be provided via an amendment to the solicitation.�
