- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Keysight Technologies Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 0001 Keysight Used FieldFox Spectrum Analyzer; P/N (Part Number): N9918B; QTY: 1 Also required in this procurement are the following configurations and accessories: 010 030 208 209 210 211 212 215 233 235 236 238 302 307 308 309 310 312 330350 351 352 355 356 358 360 370 378 371 377 B1 New battery and new AC-DC external power adapter (P/N: 0950-5824). No other accessories included (No cables, no probes, no connectors, no documentation etc.) Also includes R1130A-090-3: KeysightCare Assured (includes Keysight Extended Warranty), 3 year, return to Keysight _______________________________________________________________________ This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
