- The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for ProModel Software Technical Consulting Services, at West Point, NY. This is a base + 3 option years.� The period of performance is listed below: Base Year� � � � � � � � � � � � �18 August 2023 through 17 August 2024 1st Option Year���������������� 18 August 2024 through 17 August 2025 2nd Option Year�������������� 18 August 2025 through 17 August 2026 3rd Option Year��������������� 18 August 2026 through 17 August 2027 This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS code 541611 � Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, size standard is $24.5 Million and FSC/PSC of U008. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at: https://www.sam.gov. It is the offeror�s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation. Request for Quote (RFQ) IS DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 16, 2023, AT 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
