Description: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a firm fixed-price Purchase Order on a single source basis to Getty Images US Inc. for Royalty Free Stock Photos, Illustrations, Clip Art, Videos and Audio Tracks Subscription: Getty Premium Access Elite Web-based Subscription. The Contracting Officer has determined that Getty Images US Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The subscription is for an exclusive licensing agreement with Getty Images, and includes access to all Royalty Free images, vectors and illustrations and videos available through the Getty Images and iStock Websites.�Over 65% of the content in the subscription is exclusive to Getty Images and iStock, and can�t be licensed anywhere else. The period of performance for the Purchase Order is anticipated to include a base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Getty Images US Inc. on or about August 23, 2023. The total award value will be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
