Description

U.S. Embassy Tallinn has requirement for the purchase of 8+1 pax diesel van that is suitable for nordic climate condition. The vehicle purchased meets specific needs to enable registration and operation within the country of intended use. The vehicle is needed to support visits and operations for the requesting office. The passenger count vs size and features is carefully selected to ensure that it meets operational needs without triggering special license and registration requirements.
