Description

This Notice of Intent to award a sole source firm fixed price delivery order off of GSA Schedule is provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS) on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH), Facilities Management Office (FMO).��A Siemens BAS that is consistent with BASs in use at other NIOSH sites is required. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, engineering, and programming necessary in order to migrate the existing BAS to the Siemens BAS platform. Contractor shall provide all necessary licenses. Contractor shall recreate all building graphics in the Siemens graphical user interface. Contractor shall update all firmware as needed and provide adequate Siemens training to building operator.� The intended recipient of this purchase order is: Siemens Industry, Inc. located at 1000 Deerfield Pkwy, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. � This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received will be considered by the government.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any quotation/response should be emailed to contract specialist at rse3@cdc.gov by August 7, 2023.
