- CONTINUATION PAGE AMENDMENT 0002 Solicitation Number: 36C78623B50188 Project Description: Shrines MWD-Fort Snelling & Dayton National Cemeteries The following Request for Information (RFI) questions have been submitted to the Contracting Officer regarding this solicitation. The questions and responses represent all questions submitted to the Contracting Officer prior to the deadline established in the Solicitation. The following questions and responses are provided for bidder s information and use. The following clarification changes are hereby incorporated into the referenced solicitation requirement: RFI 1. Are there additional SOW/Specifications for Flat Marker Response: Flat Makers will be treated the same as Uprights in term of Raise, Realign and Cleaning, etc., RFI 2. Will the NCA be amendable to digital photos submission for progress documentation to reduce cost/effort? Response: Yes, the NCA is amendable to digital photos submission; to clarify No documentation requirement will be lessened or excused; however, digital documents must be sent in pdf format (inclusive of photos), and Contractor must ensure that all documents are labeled in accordance with the specification/contract language. RFI 3. Will the NCA be amendable to the use of alternate approved chemicals? Response: No, per the specification requirements, which clearly state D/2 Biological Solution is the only authorized cleaner for Marble Headstones and Markers at National Cemeteries. RFI 4. Will the NCA provide the referenced Past Performance and Cost Estimated Worksheet? Response: Yes, see attached. END OF AMENDMENT 0002
