Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER PROVIDE QUESTIONS AND ANSWER AND TO VENDOR QUESTIONS AND TO UPDATE RFQ 36C25923Q0744 Q1. For line item 004 did you need 5 additional refrigerators or was that a typo? A1. Yes, this was a typo the quantity it 2 ea refrigerators. Please see the attached RFQ 36C25923Q0744 Amend 0001 to see updated quantities. Also the SOW has the correct quantities as well Q2. For line items 0011-4001 please confirm that this will be adding the license fees for UDITracker, Vista, RFID Data services and SSO all into these line items and that this will essentially be the new contract for Oklahoma VA. A2. This requirement includes all licensing fees including the renewal and the new upgraded equipment that is necessary to service all Invita equipment at the location.
