Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the�format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items�in conjunction with the policies and procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures,�as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes�the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and the�associated NAICS code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with small business size standard�of $34M. ISBEE�s shall submit the attached Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Representation Form (Attachment 1). The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to provide Brand Name CISCO Smartnet � Network Equipment Maintenance for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) in accordance with SOW, BOM and BNJ.(See Attachments 2, 3 & 4).
