Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to perform a sole source Purchase Order for UFA, Inc. Requirement is for annual subscriptions to the ATSpeak Phraseology and Skills trainer and support/training services associated with this system and subscriptions. Currently, SJAFB has the infrastructure for The ATCloud, ATCoach ME, and ATSpeak in place, and is not seeking to procure a new system at this time. It is the Government's understanding that UFA, Inc. is the sole source that can provide the software/licensing/subscriptions for this system and that no other vendors can provide or maintain this. This is the only known software that maintains complete compatibility with the existing opertaional Air Traffic Control RADAR and training equpiment.� APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.�
