Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the purpose of playground replacement at the San Diego Air Traffic Control Tower (SCT ATCT) in San Diego, CA.� The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity. Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract via the BOA.
