- THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The National Park Service intends to solicit a quote and enter into a contract with Lake Assault Boats (LAB) - 1 Clough Ave, Superior, Wisconsin 54880. LAB is a small business entity that will provide the Boat Collar Replacement service for Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Please see attached justification document for more details.
