Description

Fort Knox - AG Services Solicitaiton.� Questions are due at 1:00pm EST/ Fort Knox Local time; on July 18th 2023. Solication is due at 11:00am EST/ Fort Knox Local time; on August 3rd 2023. The Contractor shall provide Military Personnel Division support services including Defense Eligibility Enrollment System/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (DEERS/RAPIDS), Transition Center, Retirement Services, and Soldier Readiness Processing support for Soldiers, Family Members, DoD Civilians, Contractors, and Retirees assigned to or supported by Fort Knox to the U.S. Army Garrison, Human Resources Directorate, Military Personnel Division on Fort Knox, KY. This includes all soldiers assigned to U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) and U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) that are geographically dispersed. All services will be performed on Fort Knox, KY. Solicitation is amended to implement a stay of proposal submissions as ordered by the U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals in response to an appeal of the NAICS code selection.�An amendment to update the Question submission and Proposal submission dates shall be issued upon issuance of the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals decision. SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals Notice and Order is attached to this notice. As of 3 August 2023, the SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals has not issued a final decision on the NAICS appeal or published an anticipated timeline for their decision. MICC - Fort Knox will amend this solicitation upon recipt of the final decision. This SAM.gov notice shall remain active until the decision is received and the amendment is published.
