- AMENDMENT 0002:� The purpose of this amendment is to delete Option Period IV, period of performance is 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2027.� FAR 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT has been revised to change the maximum number of months in the total duration of the contract from 49 to 37 months.� See Solicitation W81K0223Q0146_Amendment 0002withAttach1 in SAM.gov.�� The due date for receipt of quotations remains unchanged.�� ************************************************************************************************************************************************** AMENDMENT 0001:� The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received by the Contracting Office and to revise the Statement of Work, paragraphs 5.3.3 and 5.3.4.� See Solicitation W81K0223Q0146_Amendment 0001withAttach1 in SAM.gov.� The due date for receipt of quotations remains unchanged.�� 1.� Responses to questions received by the contracting office. Question #1:��In regards to SOW paragraph 5.3.3, �with automated six part differential, and Platelet F estimates� is unique to the Sysmex technology and methodology to make the final test items of the government requirement in Para. 5.1.�Is it possible to revise from �with automated six part differential, red blood cell indices, automated reticulocyte count, and platelet and Platelet F estimates on routine patient samples� to �with, red blood cell indices, automated reticulocyte count, and platelet on routine patient samples� or delete �automated six part differential�, and delete �Platelet F estimates�? Response#1:� Paragraph 5.3.3 has been revised to delete ""Platelet F"".� No other changes to this paragraph.� Question #2:��The requirements of SOW paragraph 5.3.4. Para 1, �Fluorescence flow cytometry and DC Impedance method� is the Sysmex internal technology only to make the final output items of the government requirement in Para. 5.1. Also, paragraph �5.3.4 Shall employ an enhanced multi-dimensional high-definition cellular analysis solution utilizing Fluorescence flow cytometry and DC Impedance method with hydrodynamic focusing technology.� Response #2:� Paragraph 5.3.4 has been revised as follows, ""Shall employ an enhanced multi-dimensional high-definition cellular analysis solution utilizing flow cytometry.""�� Question #3:� If the government wants to purchase the Sysmex hematology analyzer only, Please let me know the model No. of Sysmex hematology analyzer or the equivalent Response #3:� In accordance with the solicitation, the government intends to issue an order to the responsible supplier whose quoatation conforming to the solicitation is technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price.� This requirement is not a sole source.�� Question #4:� Is it possible to change the start date? The solicitation number is W81K0223Q0146.� �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. �The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6550, size standard is 1250 employees and the NAICS code of 325413.� NOTICE TO QUOTERS: All sources may submit a quote as applicable.� However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), may preclude the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative Status to any quoters, for this requirement.� All sources submitting a quote, including U.S. sources, must already have OR confirm their ability to obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial quote does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether a quoter demonstrates this authorization and capacity shall be determined by the Contracting Officer.� Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items and its addendum applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� FAR clauses that are applicable to this acquisition are in the attachment to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award firm fixed-price contract to the successful quoter. Contract Requirements - The successful quoter shall be required to meet the requirements of the combined synopsis/solicitation attachment.
