Description
The Department of Defense (DoD) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) has a requirement for an Immunoassay Test Reagent Kits to detect Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) in urine. The requirement is a cost per test contract for LSD Immunoassay reagents for the six (6) DDRP laboratories listed on the Reagent List of Requiring Activities. The Immunoassay test reagent is for the initial screen and the detection of LSD in urine when present at a concentration equal to or greater than 0.5 ng/mL. Without modification of the instrumentation, the reagent shall be compatible with the Beckman Coulter AU5800 Series Clinical Chemistry Analyzers in use at the Department of Defense (DOD) under the authority of DoDI 1010.01 (Revised February 14, 2018) the Military Personnel Drug Abuse Testing Program (MPDATP). The reagent shall not impose additional maintenance, servicing, or calibration requirements for the optimum performance of the contractors reagent on the Beckman Coulter AU5800 Series Clinical Chemistry Analyzers. Immunoassay kits shall have clearance from the FDA in order to meet the requirements of DODI 1010.16 -Technical Procedures for the Military Personnel Drug Abuse Testing Program (Revised June 15, 2020). The DDRP requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to an Immunoassay Test Reagent to detect Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) in urine. More specifically the IDIQ contract will be a Single Award Task Order (SATO) contract with firm-fixed-price (FFP) type delivery orders. The SATO IDIQ contract will provide support for a 5-year ordering period with a 6-month extension according to FAR 52.216-22. The specific delivery addresses will be delineated at the delivery order level. The minimum guaranteed quantity listed in the resulting contract to be executed under the initial delivery order is 10 Kits. In accordance with FAR 16.501-2(b)(3), an IDIQ contract limits the Government?s obligation to the minimum quantity specified in the contract. Further information including the SOW and Instructions to Offeror are detailed in the attached RFP documentation.
