Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, Action Code 301, 1968 Gilbert Street Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This notice is a request for competitive quotations under solicitation N0018923Q0412 which may be submitted via SAM or email. This solicitation does not contain a set-aside, but does contain a Brand Name Justification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214. The description of acquisition is thirteen (13) Each, workstations for FMS LAB 207. Brand Name Justification for Part Number: DK-085133-00. The top color will be #4041 Studio Uptown and the base color will be #TX-HTGP Hi-Tech Gray. The place of performance is Dahlgren, VA 22448. The anticipated date of the award is on or about 22 August 2023. The delivery date will be determined by vendor lead times. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
