Sources Sought Notice #36C24123R0090 ALS/BLS/BARIATRIC AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE VA BOSTON, MA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM The VA Boston, MA Healthcare System is seeking sources interested in participating in an Acquisition for Acute Life Support (ALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Bariatric Ambulance Transportation Services for a period of performance of five (5) years. Services will consist of approximately 1000 transports per month plus additional mileage with the majority of those being BLS transports. No proposals are being requested at this time. This is NOT a solicitation, and no contract shall be awarded from this Notice. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain market research regarding interest, capabilities and qualifications of contractors who would be interested in responding to a future solicitation. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Department of Veterans Affairs is particularly interested in Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) that are qualified and interested in participating. All interested parties should submit the following information in their response: 1. Company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and Unique Entity Identification Number (UEID assigned in the System for Award Management - www.SAM.gov). 2. Company socio-economic status to identify business as being an SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business, Hubzone, 8a, Woman Owned, EDWOSB, etc. The primary NAICS for this procurement is 621910 (Ambulance Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.5 Million. 3. Documentation supporting performance capabilities such as fleet size, location, number of employees. 4. All interested companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov . Please submit responses prior to 3:00 p.m. EST, March 31, 2023.
