Description
AFLCMC/HBN is currently seeking information from qualified vendors regards their capabilities to provide installation, testing, sustainment, and maintenance services for an Integrated Communications System used for Command and Control provided by Frequentis C4i. AFLCMC/HBN is interested in receiving responses from vendors who can offer onsite support within foreign nations, as well as reach-back support when required. We kindly request you organization to participate in this Request for Information (RFI) process. The scope of work entails comprehensive installation, testing, sustainment and maintenance for a Frequentis C4I Integrated Communications System for Command and Control utilized by our Foreign Military Sales partners. This system is critical for operations, and we are committed to ensuring it optimal functionality, reliability, and longevity. The require support includes: Onsite Support: The vendor should be capable of providing onsite installation, testing, customer operator/maintainer training, sustainment and maintenance of a Frequentis C4i Integrated Communications System for Command and Control with interfacing to secure Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone systems (Cisco) and Radio/RF over Internet Protocol (RoIP) systems (Rockwell Collins). All onsite activities shall be performed in a foreign country. The vendor should be able to further provide support to address hardware and software issues, conduct routine inspections, perform system upgrades, and ensure the overall health of the system. The system will only be operated on a single security domain and will utilize virtual server technologies provided through VMWare capabilities already present at the customer location. Reach-Back Support: The vendor should have the ability to offer remote technical assistance to this air gapped system. This includes responding to queries, providing guidance on system issues, offering support for onsite diagnostics, and assisting with troubleshooting when required. In the event that reach-back support cannot resolve the issue, it may be necessary for the vendor to provide on-site support. Interested vendors are requested to provide the following information in their response: Company Overview: A brief introduction to your organization, including its history, size, and relevant experience in providing sustainment and maintenance services for advanced defense systems. Technical Expertise: Details of your organization's technical expertise in working with the Frequentis Voice C4i Integrated Communications System for Command and Control or similar voice communications systems deployed in military environments. This should include information on certifications, partnerships, and experience with related projects. Resource Availability: An overview of the resources your organization possesses to provide onsite support within a foreign country, such as qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and facilities. Please specify your organization's ability to mobilize resources within a reasonable timeframe. Reach-Back Support: A description of your organization's capabilities and infrastructure for providing remote technical assistance and support for systems that are air gapped, including response times, communication channels, and available tools. Past Performance: A list of references from previous clients or projects where your organization has provided sustainment and maintenance services for defense systems. Please include details of the projects, scope of work, and customer contact information for verification. Compliance and Certifications: Information regarding your organization's compliance with relevant industry standards, quality control processes, and any certifications or accreditations held. Please note that this RFI is for information gathering purposes only. The responses received will help AFLCMC/HBN assess the vendor landscape and evaluate potential partners for future sustainment and maintenance contracts. We appreciate your time and consideration in responding to this Request for Information.
