- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION � The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information on behalf of the HQMC Information Systems Management Branch (ARI), Audiovisual Services and Products. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The Marine Corps Intelligence Foreign Language Program (MCIFLP) is managed centrally at Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC). It is� responsible for providing Cryptologic Language Analysts (PMOS 2641/PMOS 2629) with foreign language sustainment and enhancement training to meet Marine Corps and DoD foreign language currency and proficiency requirements. Foreign language is a critical readiness capability that requires program management support for continuity maintenance.� INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to obtain industry�s feedback on the anticipated technical specifications, potential cost, and performance risks, as well as any other related considerations for the required services (see attached �DRAFT� Performance Work Statement (PWS)). Please provide the following information with you submission: 1. What areas of the requirement seem vague? What is the remedy? 2. Are you likely to propose on this effort? Why or Why not? 3. Are similar services provided to non-government organizations regularly by your company or any other companies? 4. What other NAICS code would be most appropriate for this effort? 5. Please identify all GSA Contracts your company holds that are relevant to this requirement? ATTACHMENTS: Draft PWS SUBMISSION DETAILS: Submissions shall reference RFI No. �M00264-23-RFI-0024 MCIFLP� in the subject line. Interested vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Wednesday, 16 August 2023, via email to the following addresses: Contract Specialist colin.sasser@usmc.mil Interested vendors should respond to the questions cited under the above �INDUSTRY FEEDBACK� section of this document. Request responses shall be provided in no more than 25 pages. Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed, and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. Submissions must include: Responses to all questions cited in �Industry Feedback� section of this RFI. Business name and address. Name of company representative and their business title. Business size and any socioeconomic status. Cage Code and Unique Entity ID Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the service, to include General Service Administration (GSA), GSA OASIS, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personal reviewing RFI responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
