Description: This is a commercial services contract to provide Radio Service for 29 radios to include 4 talk groups on the STARCOM21 network. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform STARCOM Network Service as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. This requirement is for statewide Radio network services with 4 talk groups for the Illinois Army National Guard, 5th WMD CST in support of interoperability.
