- DESCRIPTION This is a Solicitation for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services to be located in Helena, Arkansas. The successful contractor will be required to provide the site for services to be performed; to build-out the space in accordance with VA PACT guidelines; hire and maintain staff; maintain the CBOC site; and perform all other tasks to manage a fully functional VA outpatient clinic. Successful contractor will be required to be Joint Commission accredited at the time of proposal receipt.
