Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911RZ23Q0044. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 /03-10-2021 and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN 20210224. Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order in support of Chaplain Led Training Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 � Event and Meeting Planning Services, size standard $20,000,000.00. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set-aside. Contractor shall provide non-personal services Event coordination services are required for the period of performance of 01-03 September 2023 (Friday-Sunday) within 20 miles of Downtown Denver, CO.
