Description: The contractor shall provide transcription services that includes but are not limited to transcribing a preset number of hours of audio and video taped interviews of the complaining witness, accused persons, pretext phone calls, and other recordings. The transcript produced shall be 99% accurate, contain accurate time hacks, and will identify the different speakers.). Transcripts need not record noises or non-verbal activities.
