Description

**Update 4 August 2023** - B119 As-builts for plumbing have been uploaded for reference.� Update 1 August 2023** - Amendment 0004 has been uploaded. This amendmnet incorporates the most up-to-date and FINAL Wage Determination pertaining to this project.�Contractor must acknowledge Amendment 0004 on 1442 bid submission. **Update 26 July 2023** - Amendment 0003 has been uploaded. This amendment (1) includes the Q&A document: ""Base Renovations Phase 2 Questions_Final"", (2) extends the bid opening date to 8 August 2023 at 09:00 AM EST and (3) change block 13D to 60 calendar days.��Contractor must acknowledge Amendment 0003 on 1442 bid submission. **Update 7 July 2023** - Amendment 0002 has been uploaded. This amendment schedules a second Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit for 13 July 2023 at 1000 and extends bid opening to 1 August 2023 at 1000.�Contractor must acknowledge Amendment 0002 on 1442 bid submission.� **Update 26 June 2023** - Pre-bid conference attendance sheet and PowerPoint have been uploaded. **Update 16 June 2023** - Amendment 0001 has been uploaded. This amendment incorporates Bid Option #10 (CLIN 0011) as part of the solicitation. Contractor must acknowledge Amendment 0001 on 1442 bid submission.� **Update 9 June 2023** - Background vetting form has been uploaded for site visit attendance requests.� This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $45.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(d), this project is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2023. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the Invitation for Bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price.
