- SOURCES SOUGHT: FA462623Q0040 Notice Type: Sources Sought UH-1N FUEL CELL 1. Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS is 336413, �Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing� with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Product Service Code: 6116: Fuel Cell Power Units, Components, and accessories. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. � 1.2. If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of the market research, a separate pre-solicitation synopsis of that procurement will be posted to SAM.GOV. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted. 1.3. �Please note that we cannot return your submissions to you. 1.4. Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research. 2.
