Description: The modification is necessary to extend the period of performance of Option Period 1 to allow more time for the final contract deliverable to be approved for release. Option 1 (executed in September 2020) builds on the work conducted under the base contract by collecting data on receipt of other financial aid made available through GEAR UP�s scholarship component in order to prepare a report to Congress as required under the 2008 Higher Education Opportunities Act (HEOA).
