Description

The Department of Justice, Washington DC intends to procure via sole source from International Justice and Public Safety Network or National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems, Inc. (NLETS) a membership.� Membership can only be obtained from NLETS directly.� This notice is not a request for proposals.� No solicitation document is available.� No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.� A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) was approved for this action.� Please see attached JOFOC for additional information.� This item has been determined to ve a commercial item applicable to FAR Part 12, and this notice is published in accordance with the rules in FAR Part 5 & 13.� The Contracting Officer has determined a response time of 15 days.� Responses submitted after the established response date may not be considered.
