- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Alaska Region intends to solicit for a hybrid fixed-price and time and materials type contract, using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for ISSO services for the NWS Alaska and Pacific Regions . The anticipated period of performance is for a base period of twelve (12) months, beginning on or about September 15, 2023 and one twelve (12) month option year. Services include contractor furnished equipment, materials, and personnel with the best industry standards for effective and efficient ISSO services. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concern. A resultant solicitation will be published on SAM.gov on or about August, 9, 2023. Any WOSB that submits a proposal in response to the solicitation will be considered. The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value for the government. The Government requires that all contractors doing business be active at time of award and registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
