- Pre-Soliciatation/ Synopsis: W912C3-23-Q-0004 The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC-Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C323Q0004 for Electrical Substation Preventative Maintenance at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement. The Request for Quote will be issued on or about August 18, 2023. The closing date of the RFQ is on or about September 6, 2023 or as stated in the solicitation. This RFQ is issued as 100% total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. All responsible Small Buisness sources with experience in Electrical Substation Preventive Maintenance and capable of successfully fulfilling the requirement are invited to submit a quote in response to the solicitation.�The North American�Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238210. The size standard is�$19,000,000.00. The�Product Service Code is:�J061, Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website at https://sam.gov for status of RFQ and any amendments, if any. Quote submission via email and/or hand delivered will be addressed in the solicitation. Therefore, read the solicitation carefully when issued. Quotes, regardless of method of transmission, shall be received in the office indicated in the solicitation prior to the time and date for receipt of quotes. The RFQ will be posted and accessed electronically by the public at https://sam.gov. The RFQ will not be mailed out or faxed. Offerors submitting proposals but are not registered in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.�
