**REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY** Title: Construction Service for Project No. 662-21-703SF, Construct Electronic Health Records Management (EHRM) Modernization, at the San Francisco CBOCs, San Francisco, CA This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Task Order Solicitation documents will be available on, after, or about August 11, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Description: THE UPCOMING SOLCITATION WILL BE A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Task Order Proposals will only be requested and accepted from NCO 21 MACC GROUP IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY that are verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified by the SBA in Vert Cert as an SDVOSB business from the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), see following paragraph about SAM.gov and SBA Vet Cert portal verification. *Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses shall have their ownership and control verified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), Vet Cert Portal at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home.* The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $45.0 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $250,000 and $500,000 Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to Rosario Chaidez, Contract Specialist, at email: Rosario.chaidez1@va.gov Department of Veterans, Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for a Task Order proposal for a NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 eligible vendor to construct Project 662-21-703SF, San Francisco Downtown Clinic EHRM Upgrades. The general scope of this requirement is to upgrade the Telecom rooms and low voltage wiring to Category (CAT) 6A. The nature and requirements of this construction will be fully shown in the Construction Documents which include complete drawings and specifications in the Solicitation as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. Places of Performance: Two CBOC Buildings located at addresses: 401 Third Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 671 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94105 Period of performance (POP) for construction shall be 120 days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Work must include, but not limited to the following: Completely prepare site, including furnishing all labor and materials to perform the work necessary, for the installation to upgrade the Telecom rooms and low voltage wiring to Category (CAT) 6A as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications which will be published in the solicitation.
