Description: Description:� SEE ATTACHED Combined/Synopsis - Please complete and include a picture of item proposing in quote and email to Pamela.brande@usda.gov, Contracting Officer Schedule of Items:� 2 UTV's - Per specs identified - to be used for spraying Delivery Date and Place:� 120 Days After Award to Salmon-Challis National Forest, 1206 S Challis Street, Salmon, ID 83467 Delivery Hours:� Monday-Friday 0800-1600 (excluding federal holidays) Contractor must give 48 hour notice before delivery of item. Certificate of Origin is needed and mailed to the same address as delivery. Delivery to the ground is needed, due to no offloading capability.
