Description: This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Vertiv Corporation. This requirement is to perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) 3 quarterly PMIs and 1 annual PMI on two (2) Vertiv DC Power Systems. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although �proposal� and �offeror� are used in this Presolicitation, your responses will�be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
