Description

Synopsis for MK152 Base Adapters and Fuse Adapters The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the injection molding processes to manufacture Base Adapters (233AS2003) and Fuze Adapters (233AS2002) in ordnance at NSWC IHD in accordance with the applicable drawings: Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division Drawings 233AS2002 - Fuze Adapters 233AS2003 - Base Adapters NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Sea-Lect Plastic Corporation at 3420 Smith Avenue Everett, Washington 98201. The NAICs code is 333511 and the PSC is 9330. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be available for this procurement. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. All responding sources must email their correspondence no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 22 August 2023 to Alex Sanders at alex.j.sanders12.civ@us.navy.mil. Large files need to be compressed using ZIP and renamed with a .zip file extension.
