Description: This service requirement is for 353rd Special Operations Squadron at Kadena AFB, Japan. A contractor�shall service and repair a 3-year-old Axiom Towers� AXM-60 system currently located at Kadena AFB,�Okinawa Japan. The system continues to remain in service and perform necessary functions. The service�and repair requested is in preparation for seasonal typhoon probabilities. The deployed system was�damaged during use by bending the elevation lockout morse cable. It appears that excessive force was�used to bend the shaft of the push/pull morse cable. A contractors must be thoroughly familiar with and be�certified to service and repair to the Axiom Tower�s AXM-60 system.
