Ft. (ABOA): 3000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3153 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3603 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Surface): 22 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Parking Spaces (Additional): 20 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1,068 SF of Secured Wareyard Full through parking for large vehicles and trailers Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance (formally 100-year) flood plain.
