The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division is issuing a Sealed Bid Solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 14 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). The project shall consist of construction at the Emergency Watershed Protection site in Mingo County, West Virginia. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 10:30 AM Local Time, Friday, July 21th, 2023. Participants will meet at the office parking lot: The Parking Lot of McDonalds in Gilbert, West Virginia 796 Larry Joe Harless Dr, Gilbert, WV 25621. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250.000.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $45M.
