Description: The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Theater Contracting Center (TCC), Kaiserslautern, Germany is interested in establishing a Multiple Award BPA IAW FAR 13.303 for self-compacting, solar powered solid waste bins, which will be used as a pest control measure to reduce vermin and potential aircraft bird strikes for strategic use at strategic locations throughout the European Theater.�
