- ******************************************************************************************************************************* 8 August 2023 - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED (Attachment 3 - Questions Recieved on Solicitation)� No changes have been made to the solicitation.� ******************************************************************************************************************************* The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation,�FA469023Q0040, to compete and award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using FAR Part 13 procedures for 2 7ft raised metal walkways. This will be a 100% Small Business set-aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. The following are attached to this solicitation notice: Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449 Solicitation Attachment 2 Salient Characteristics Attachment 3 Questions Received on Solicitation All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement. Quotes are to be submitted via email to Jared Schiltz at jared.schiltz.1@us.af.mil and CC brittany.barlow@us.af.mil no later than 14 August 23 12:30 PM MDT. Quotes must be valid until 30 September 23.
