Description

The Government, in support of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC), requests information on companies that offer a cloud-based, FedRAMP (Federal Risk & Authorization Management Program) approved, digital signage solution capable of broadcasting across the government-managed unclassified network via TV monitors in multiple facilities at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and at eight geographically separated units. This solution will require Authority to Operate or Authority to Connect. This request for information seeks companies that can provide hardware purchasing, installation and maintenance of all hardware and software services, customer support, and training on usage of all hardware and software service components. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue an RFQ or RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or RFP, if any is issued.
