Description: USU intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Lumivero, LLC for a 12-month NVivo educational enterprise site license to meet qualitative data analysis requirements for faculty and student researchers. The NVivo enterprise site license includes 87 NVivo Enterprise Client Licenses, 87 NVivo Cloud Licenses, and 450 hours of NVivo Transcription Services. The NVivo Cloud Licenses and Transcription Services are optional CLINs that will be exercised if/when approval and funding becomes available. See attached document for full details.
