Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE�SOURCE AWARD. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a 1 Year contract with 4 Option Years�to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services dba Wolters Kluwer for 10 software license of�TeamMate AM Software.��Based on results of ongoing market research, along with results from previous�sources sought postings for this requirement, determination has been made to award�to Wolters Kluwer as a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.� See�attached justification. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this�notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition to pending award�would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be issued without further notice. Interested parties may�identify their capabilities with respect to this requirement by the date of expiration of�this post. However, all information received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is�solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be�considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
